HR & Admin Executive

Administration:
– Handle administrative purchases and controls, business trip support, and office supply management, among other tasks.
– Organize documents for filing, monitor work permit and visa expiration dates, manage the 90-day reporting, and coordinate with outsourcing agency.
– Coordinate travel arrangements for company executives, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
– Provide support and manage the information and rental processes related to car rental contract renewal or new contracts by coordinating with the sales team.
– Create and propose car rental comparisons.
– Arrange meeting rooms, manage office supplies, and facilitate office maintenance.
– Purchase and manage office supplies, drinking water, car parking, building face scans, QR codes, name cards, flowers, etc.
– Reserve flights, hotels, car rentals, and restaurants for management executives.
– Prepare welcome drinks and snacks for VIP meetings as requested.
– Top up expressway Easy Pass credits for management executives. HR & Training:
– Prepare HR documents, including probation processes and employment contract renewals.
– Maintain and update the staff telephone list for new hires.
– Manage and update the suggestion box with input from our employees.
– Maintain monthly training records for employees on a monthly and quarterly basis.
– Address employee queries related to HR issues.
– Manage HR projects, such as staff events and outings.
– Support the annual training roadmap, maintain training records, and submit documents to DSD (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน). Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

- Male or Female, age 28-35 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working Experience in overall HR operations including Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, HR Administration and Employee Relations
- Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
- Good command of English both in spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of Labor laws and Employment regulations, Employee Relations and Drug regulatory policies, PDPA
